We bought a home with a pool that we had no idea what to do with. Hice had talked us through the process over the phone the last few months without even being a current customer when other pool places were rude and unhelpful. When we were ready to buy chemicals this week we finally went into the store. The water was tested as a first step and then they took the time to educate us on our options and the differences in what the expense would be. Once we made a choice there was nothing that was unclear on what to do once we left there. We live in Winchester but will definitely make the drive to Hice for any needs related to our pool!
